Lion House School is located in a charming and very spacious historic building in south-west London and is ideally situated for families living in Putney, Southfields, Barnes, Wimbledon and Fulham.

The school was founded, in 1985, as the Rainbow Nursery School by Miss Jane Luard. It was expanded in 1992 to include the Pre-Preparatory department. The school now consists of Nursery and Reception classes for children aged three to five, and Pre-Preparatory, Year 1 and Year 2 classes, for ages five-plus to seven-plus.
